Avdhesh Solanki is Co-founder/CTO at Recooty, Avdhesh hails from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and completed his B.tech in Computer Science from Takshshila Institute of Technology, Jabalpur. Avdhesh is also the master-chef of Recooty, a geek by nature, and looks after the technical aspects.
Darshna Bais is Co-founder/COO at Recooty. Darshna hails from Guna, Madhya Pradesh, and completed her B.tech in Electronics from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur. Darshna is an emerging women entrepreneur and ensures the quality of the product is top class.

While talking to TimesNext, the team told us that hiring employees was a challenge for the organization, with their previous startup experience, hiring the right talent was a big task for the company’s HR team. The company applied various HR tools but found them to be complicated for a small and medium enterprise and also not affordable for all startups.
The team interacted with over 100 founders and hiring managers, tried to know the main issues they encountered, which came out to be the complexity and the time required to hire talents.
The team analyzed the problem and decided to build a simple and effective solution, Recooty, where the team reduced the time & cost per hire by more than 70%. Within a year of launch, Recooty is now used by 4000+ companies worldwide.

The company recently partnered with the world’s best job boards, including Hiredd.com, Google jobs, Facebook jobs, Zip Recruiter, Adzuna, Jora, and many more. Reecoty is the 1st job partner of Facebook in India & among the top 10 in the whole world.

The company got across various milestones in their journey where recently, Gartner rated Recooty as #1 applicant tracking system in the year 2019.
The company got 500+ companies who started using Recooty, in the beta launch and crossed 5000+ customer base in 2020. The company partnered with Facebook becoming the first job partner of Facebook in India.
